IEM Filing Part I and II Registration 
The following things are compulsory for registration at DIC
Part I Registration
1. Copy of partnership deed
2. Copy of Company Registration withe Articles/ Memorandum of Association
3. Copy of lease deed (if the land is identified on lease)/ rent deed (if the building is taken on rent)

Part II Registration
1. Copy of partnership deed
2. Copy of Company Registration withe Articles/ Memorandum of Association
3. Forest license for wood based industries
4. PCB license for those which need pollution certification.

Note: In Thrissur, even if IEO/ ADIO recommendation is there, above things are must for issuing acknowledgement. (25-9-14, Manager [EI])

Cases related to NIDA, DA/DP: Ensure the latest land allotment order issued from DIC withe Sy. No. The name of partners should also be ensured. In case of partnership/ Company Regn, copy of resolution passed by the board of partners/ directors/ members  entrusting the person to file application may also be had. For both Part I and Part II, IEO/ADIO recommendation is must. If in case of any clarification on any application, it may be had from the Manager/ I section in DIC. (GM, DIC, PKD)

For change/ transfer of ownership, it is a constitutional change, so NOC (stating that no outstanding finance is pending in the name of the previous owner of the concerned enterprise) issued form the concerned service area branch of Bank is compulsory before effecting the change and issuing amended Part II in the name of the new owner.
